"Digital Mixed Media" is the term we use to describe the paintings we create via digital software and tools vs our traditionally/digitally painted pieces. These tools allow us to generate unique layers, add multiple layers on top of each other, add digital paint and texture, and modify the images in ways not possible via other means.
The sophistication of these tools allows these paintings to look very much like their traditionally painted counterparts.
