Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders shipped within North America (excluding Hawaii). Feel free to contact us for further destination requests (including Hawaii).
* Please note that, to qualify for free shipping, all products need to be sent to the same shipping address within an order. If you'd like to have multiple products shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address and we will ensure you receive free shipping for both.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and the U.S. (excluding Hawaii). Feel free to contact us for further destination requests (including Hawaii)!
How long does it take to receive my order?
We place all orders with our custom print shop as soon as we receive them. The process of printing your selections, stretching them onto canvas, and safely packaging can take between 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary during the Christmas season.
Orders are then shipped through Canada Post/USPS and will vary in shipping times depending on the region the order is being shipped to.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a shipping tracking number.
What do I do if my package was marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
If a postal service marks an order as delivered, but you didn’t receive it please contact the postal service in question as we are not responsible for theft or lost items at the destination residence.
My order was shipped damaged. Can I have a replacement?
We take extra precautions to make sure your order is packaged safely for shipping, however, if there is any damage or issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to send replacements as soon as possible!
Can I expedite my shipment so I can receive it sooner?

For prints, it takes between 5-10 business days to print your painting, stretch it onto canvas, then safely package it. From there, we would need to contact the supplier to calculate expedited shipping rates for your region/get a time estimate.
For original, hand painted paintings, there is no printing or stretching time, so we can ship your painting within 3 business days but would need to contact our postal carrier to get a quote on cost and timeline options.
